Outdoor activities to do during fall and winter

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty and the travel industry has not been spared. Many concerned travellers are contacting us to know if they will be able to do the activities they had originally planned in Mont Tremblant or if they will be confined to their property. Thus, we decided to make a list of outdoor activities to do available in fall or winter during these challenging times.

1. Hiking

If you are a hiking lover, you will not be disappointed! The Mont Tremblant has 11 hiking trails ranging in distance from 1 km to 11 km. Beginners and experts will be served! This fall activity will allow you to admire the Festival of Colours, while respecting the 2m social distancing! During the summer and fall seasons, you have access to the hiking trails free of charge. It is the ideal activity for couples and families with small children.

2. Horseback riding

This activity is perfect for animal and nature lovers! You will be able to discover the magnificent landscapes the Mont Tremblant has to offer on the back of a horse. You will absolutely love this direct contact with nature! You will have the choice between three different itineraries ranging in time from 1h15 to 2h15 where you will be accompanied by a guide at all times. This activity is open to beginner-level riders as well as to experienced riders, from age 10.

3. The dream bridge

The Dream Bridge is the perfect activity for couples. This charming suspension bridge made of wood and ropes in nature lights up in the evening creating a magical and mythical atmosphere. You will be able to discover this bridge in the Bel Air Resort of Mont Tremblant free of charge.

4. Skiing

Of course, we cannot talk about the activities to do in Mont Tremblant without talking about its famous ski slopes. Each year, travellers come from around the world to meet in Mont Tremblant during the ski season which creates a perfectly warm-hearted atmosphere in the pedestrian village. This year will definitely be different, but you will be able to enjoy this winter activity at a very good price!
