Of course, your peace of mind has a price. You have to anticipate a 20% managing fee for the services offered by Kasania. A monthly fee is also due to cover for the production of the monthly renting report and to maintain your property on the renting platforms. The renting platforms’ commissions, the credit card fees, and the maintenance fees are also to be paid by the owner.
