Magnificent 4-season chalet, fully equipped, on the edge of Lake Lévesque: a calm, clean and non-motorized lake.
Every window in the house offers an interesting view of the property. This place is a haven of peace for a well-deserved rest, for a gathering of family / couples of friends or for a romantic getaway; it will provide many memorable moments.
🛏 There are two bedrooms. One with queen bed and one with double bed. There is also a sofa bed.
This enchanting 2 hectare site has more than 400 feet at the water's edge, 💧comprising 2 bays, a peninsula and a small island, and will delight those who seek the tranquility and joy of nature. This chalet is located on the edge of the Laurentians and Outaouais region in beautiful nature. Easily accessible by road 323. 30 minutes from Montebello and 30 minutes from Tremblant, Chalet Le Repos is close to a range of activities such as: Lac Simon and La Petite Rouge tourist centers; Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Blanc ski resorts; the Montpellier and L'Héritage Golf clubs; and Omega Park. 🛏This property can accommodate 4 people. Ground Floor: 🍴 The main floor consists of an open style fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher; a living room with fireplace 🔥, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom 🚽 with shower. 🚿 2nd floor: The second floor includes the master bedroom (queen bed), with small TV📺 DVD players and some movies A mezzanine (single bed) for children, a charming bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. 🛁 Basement: A TV room with books 📺, games, movies, a game room (with a large table) and finally, a laundry room. You have to book 3 nights because we ask for a minimum of 3 nights to make the reservation.
Likewise for the Christmas period. (3 nights minimums)
🚫 Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good understanding with our neighbours.

- 100% refundable when a cancellation is made 15 days or more before the arrival;
- 50% refundable when a cancellation is made between 4 and 14 days before the arrival;
- Non-refundable when a cancellation is made 3 days or less before the arrival.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: An amount of your security deposit (up to $1500CAN) may be taken in event that a rule is broken.
- PROOF OF IDENTITY: A proof of identity including your adress is required before check-in.
- The 10% Kasania service fees are non-refundable for every reservation.
